Make sure your volume is turned up and your speakers are on and working (it can happen to anyone!)
You'll need the latest version of Adobe Flash Player
If you are at work, you may be behind a firewall or have streaming blocked. Contact your work's IT department to see if streaming is blocked. If all else fails, try a reboot of either your browser or PC.

Still experiencing problems? These tips may help:
Try clearing your browser's temporary internet files to ensure you have the most up to date media player.
If you are at work, you may be behind a firewall or have streaming blocked. Contact your work's IT department to see if streaming is blocked.
You may experience a short delay when the audio player is launched – no more than about 5 seconds. If you don’t hear anything after this time, make sure your volume is turned up and your speakers are on and working.
If all else fails, try a reboot of either your browser or PC. If you are still having problems listening to our live stream, drop us an email via our contact page with a detailed description of the problem plus your internet service provider's name and your computer operating system (ie. Windows XP etc) to and we'll get onto it.
